ehwebsolutions LLC clients are not under a yearly contract. You are free to cancel your hosting plan at any time. Clients will be billed monthly, unless another payment plan has been selected, such as paying for a year of hosting. If a user pays for a year of hosting, and decides to cancel after 6 months, they are entitled to a refund for a value of 6 months of that specific hosting plan.
ehwebsolutions LLC will not be responsible for any content placed upon a website hosted by us. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL EHWEBSOLUTIONS LLC HOST PORNOGRAPHIC WEBSITES! If a pornographic website is posted to our servers, it will be removed immediately, and you will be in violation of our terms of service, and must pay ehwebsolutions LLC an amount of $1,500.00. In the event that a child pornographic site is discovered, ehwebsolutions LLC is required by law to notify the authorities and all privelages associated with the web hosting account will be terminated IMMEDIATELY. There are ABSOLUTELY NO exceptions to this policy.
Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the Internet (known as "spamming"). It is not only harmful because of its negative impact on consumer attitudes toward ehwebsolutions LLC, but also because it can overload our network and disrupt service to our subscribers. Also, maintaining an open SMTP relay is prohibited. When a complaint is received, ehwebsolutions LLC has the discretion to determine from all of the evidence whether the email recipients were from an "opt-in" email list.
Any engagement in activity that infringes or misues intellectual property rights of others, which includes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, software piracy, and patents held by individuals, corporations, or other entities is subject to removal at ehwebsolutions LLC discreation. ehwebsolutions LLC reserves the right to make these determinations. ehwebsolutions LLC is required by law to remove or block access to customer content upon receiving notice of copyright infringement. ehwebsolutions LLC policy is to terminate privelages to our systems on a case by case basis.
Engaging in other activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that ehwebsolutions LLC determines to be harmful to its subscribers, operations, reputation, goodwill, or customer relations will result in account suspension or termination.
